About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Lighting Designer to join our expanding Lighting Design team. This is a junior-level position with the potential to progress into a Lighting Engineer role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone working towards their LIA certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to create lighting projects from start to finish.
- Produce CAD drawings of lighting layouts, ensuring specifications meet customer requirements.
- Prepare detailed plans for lighting calculations using Relux & Dialux.
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to discuss ideas, concepts, and alternative solutions.
- Contribute to team discussions and help implement design ideas on projects.
- Brief and liaise with the Lighting Design Manager, Technical Director, and other departments to ensure compliance with building regulations.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience using AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail.
