We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking HR Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is approachable, resilient, and passionate about supporting both employees and management across a busy operational environment.

You will play a key role in delivering practical HR support, employee relations guidance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

  • Experience within the Oil & Lubricants industry would be highly advantageous.
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
  • Support training and development initiatives across the business.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
  • Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR role.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Technology/Microsoft Office and HR systems.
