We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team. This role involves working on a wide range of plant machinery, including excavators, dumpers, loaders, telehandlers, and more.
- Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of plant machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Perform inspections to ensure machinery is safe and compliant with regulations.
- Proven experience as a Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plant machinery, including excavators, dumpers, loaders, and telehandlers.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or mechanics (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Full UK driving license.
- Travel to client sites in Bristol and surrounding areas to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Inspect and test machinery to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide expert advice to clients on the care and maintenance of their equipment.
Competitive basic salary ranging from £38,000 to £45,000.
