Fire & Security Team Leader
Location: Glasgow
£40,000 plus overtime, bonus, and standby payments

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fire & Security Team Leader to join our growing team across Glasgow and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for leading by example while carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs across a range of fire and security systems on commercial sites.
The Role- Lead and support engineers across service and maintenance operations
- Service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of:
- Fire Alarms
- CCTV Systems
- Intruder Alarms
- Access Control Systems
- Ensure all works are completed to industry standards and customer expectations
- Support and mentor junior engineers where required
- Participate in a 1 in 12 call-out rota
- Complete electronic job reports and documentation
- Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
- Previous experience in the Fire & Security industry
- Experience supervising or supporting engineers is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- FIA/Tavcom training is beneficial but not essential
- Company EV van (available for personal use)
- Company phone and laptop
- £2,000 annual KPI bonus paid quarterly
- Overtime paid after 40 hours:
- x1.5 Monday–Saturday
- x2 Sundays & Bank Holidays
- £180 standby allowance per 7-day call-out period
- Door-to-door travel paid on call-outs
- Paid travel time (excluding first and last 30 minutes of the day)
