We are looking for an experienced Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer for a full-time, permanent position covering Central London. This engineer will be using public transport to support commercial buildings with their planned and reactive maintenance needs and compliance.
This is a multi-skilled position; however, we do need this person to have a strong background in dealing with mechanical plant including plant rooms, AHUs, and fan coils. We are advertising this as a foot mobile position; however, it could also be van mobile if required.
This engineer needs to have a minimum of a level 2 building services electrical or mechanical qualification. We are not able to look at level 2 qualifications in plumbing.
- Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
- Must hold a minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
- Able to deal with AHU, Fan Coil and Plant Room maintenance
- Either holding a driving licence or happy to travel using public transport
- Commutable to central London
