The Role
As a Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on fire alarm systems across a variety of commercial sites throughout the Sussex and Gatwick area.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing of fire alarm systems
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively
- Work on a range of fire alarm systems including Advanced, Morley, Kentec, and Apollo
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service delivery
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Requirements
- Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
- Good working knowledge of leading fire alarm manufacturers, including Advanced, Morley, Kentec, and Apollo
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
