A design-led lighting business is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Specification Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory across Scotland and grow influence with architects, designers and specifiers. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building connections, opening doors and shaping projects from the earliest stages.
