My client are an established 24/7 hydraulics repairs and maintenance company, they are part of a family ran business that supply components within the hydraulic sector. Being the company’s Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be tasked with managing client accounts and supporting customers in identifying the correct hydraulic solutions required. You will be handling inbound sales enquiries, dealing with walk-in customers and building long-term strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Handling incoming sales calls, emails and customer enquiries.
- Advising customers on suitable hydraulic components and solutions based on their needs.
- Prepare and issue quotes via phone, email and in person.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate pricing while maintaining profit margins.
- Identify parts and respond to technical product queries.
- Work with suppliers to source products and obtain pricing when required.
- Serve and support customers visiting the workshop.
- Maintain all records accurately on internal systems.
