We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, NSI Gold Approved Fire & Security company with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service across commercial environments throughout the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to support their expanding customer base across Exeter and the surrounding areas. As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault finding, and repairing a wide range of Fire & Security systems across commercial client sites:

  • Fire Alarms
  • CCTV

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working autonomously, takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, and values building strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience servicing Fire & Security systems
  • Experience working with Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
  • Full UK Driving Licence

This role will predominantly cover Exeter, Devon, and the surrounding areas, attending a variety of commercial client sites for planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and reactive repairs across Fire & Security systems.

Financial Package:

  • Overtime available after 40 hours: 1.5x rate Monday–Saturday, 2x rate Sundays & Bank Holidays
  • Paid travel time (excluding the first and last 30 minutes of each day)
  • £180 standby allowance per week on call
  • Call-outs paid at overtime rates with door-to-door travel
  • Rest time provided for overnight call-outs
  • Up to £2,000 annual bonus, paid quarterly based on individual KPI performance
