Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in fast-track fit-out projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can lead from the front while overseeing installations across multiple sites nationwide. Based in the North West, you will support projects across the UK, with regular travel and working away required.

The Role

  • Supervise and support electrical installation teams on fast fit-out projects across the UK
  • Take responsibility for on-site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Work across a range of commercial projects from small works to large-scale installations
  • Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors on site
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Electrical regulations
  • Act as the key point of contact on-site for clients and internal teams
  • Provide technical support and guidance to engineers

Skills & Experience Required

  • Fully qualified Electrician
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial installations
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Test & Inspect (2391) - desirable
  • Strong knowledge of fast fit-out environments
  • Able to pass a DBS check
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home as required
