We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong technical background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance/Facilities Maintenance. This Contract Manager will be running a team of mobile engineers on a large contract across parts of the South East. They will be working with engineers that include commercial electricians, gas engineers, air conditioning engineers and general maintenance engineers.
The right person for this position will already have worked as a contract manager within building services/facilities maintenance. They need to have experience in managing contracts with a value of over £1 million. We would prefer this Contract Manager to also have a technical background themselves.
- Experienced as a commercial building services Contract Manager
- Based in a commutable location to Bristol
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- Electrical or mechanical qualification is preferred
- Managed contracts with a value of £1 million plus
- Strong compliance knowledge
- Knowledge of the NHS would be a bonus
