The Role
We\’re seeking an experienced Senior AV Engineer / Commissioning Engineer to join our London operations, based out of our Fulham office. This is a hands-on role covering the installation, commissioning, and servicing of high-end residential AV and smart home systems across London.
You will lead junior engineers on-site and be responsible for ensuring all systems are installed to the highest standards and fully commissioned for handover to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee residential AV and smart home installations.
- Commission and service systems including:
- Home cinema
- Multi-room AV
- Lighting control (e.g., Lutron)
- Gate entry and access control
- Smart automation (Control4)
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential AV installation and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of Lutron and Control4 systems (programming experience required).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (wired and wireless systems).
- Excellent fault-finding and servicing skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Full, clean UK driver\’s licence (essential).
- Well-organised with a professional and proactive approach.
