- Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of heavy plant machinery, including Volvo, CAT, and Komatsu equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure machinery is operating efficiently and safely.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or similar role, with expertise in heavy plant machinery.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Full UK driving license (essential).
- Work remotely, traveling to client sites to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Spend 1-2 nights away from home per week, with overnight allowances provided.
- Work a basic 39-hour week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Overtime opportunities available after 39 hours, and double time rates.
- Benefit from door-to-door pay, ensuring you are compensated for your travel time.
Competitive basic salary of £17.50-£19.50 per hour. Overtime opportunities with OTE earnings of £60,000-£70,000 per year. Overnight allowance for nights spent away from home.
