We are looking for a driven, dependable, and flexible professional to join our expanding team in Glasgow. As part of the Water Hygiene division, you will need to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team. Due to the nature of the role, travel will form part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
Your primary duties will include:
- Undertaking Legionella risk assessments, written scheme audits, and internal quality checks across a range of client sites.
- Conducting Legionella risk assessments of domestic and commercial water systems.
- Completing audits of management controls and planned preventative monitoring regimes.
- Carrying out internal quality checks and compliance reviews.
- Undertaking general water hygiene tasks including outlet flushing, temperature monitoring, and water sampling.
Requirements:
- WMSoc or City & Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessment.
- Understanding of complex water systems including water softeners, vehicle washes, and industrial processes – desirable.
- Competent report writing ability.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
- Ability to pass Enhanced DBS checks and obtain MOD security clearance.
