An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a leading telecommunications provider covering London and the South East. This is a field-based new business role focused on driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers. You'll be responsible for developing relationships with business decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored telecommunications solutions to SME and Mid-Market organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across London and the South East.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Generate appointments through networking, referrals, self-generated leads, and outbound activity.
  • Conduct customer meetings both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate telecoms solutions.
  • Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to implementation.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers to maximise future opportunities.
  • Accurately maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
