Position: Building Services Engineer Location: Based in or around the Huddersfield area Duration: Permanent Salary: From £36,000 to £40,000 subject to experience level We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the North of England This position will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance within commercial sites across the North West and Yorkshire. The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial building services maintenance which should include; Emergency Lighting, AHU Maintenance, Plant Room Maintenance, Hot and Cold Water Checks, Legionella Testing, Compliance as well as other maintenance duties. We need this engineer to be holding a current UK driving licence as well as a level 2 building services qualification.
