We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias (multi skilled) Building Services Engineer for a full time, mobile position covering London and Greater London. This position will be working within a team of engineers that deal with planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites throughout the South East.
The right person for this position will be electrically level 3 qualified with 18th Edition; 2391 test and inspect would be a bonus but not essential. They do need to be a multi skilled building services engineer and able to deal with plant room maintenance, fan coil maintenance, hot and cold water etc. This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
- Must be electrically level 3 qualified with 18th Edition
- 2391 Test and Inspect would be a bonus
- Full UK driving licence
- Need to have experience in mechanical maintenance
- Flexible working attitude
