We’re partnered with a cutting-edge fleet intelligence & management SaaS company that is transforming how fleets operate through real-time insights and analytics. We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help scale our business in an exciting, fast-growing market.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and coach a high-performing SaaS sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Set, monitor, and optimise team and individual KPIs aligned with company growth objectives.
- Drive your own sales in a fast-paced, ambitious SaaS environment.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies and revenue plans.
- Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to maximise sales effectiveness.
