Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus door to door travel
We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer for a full time permanent position covering the West Midlands. This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of refrigeration plant from cellar cooling up to large walk in cold rooms, covering sites that include Schools, Pub Chains and Petrol Stations.
The right person for this position will have a strong refrigeration background, being able to deal with service, maintenance and breakdown. We would like this engineer to have at least basic knowledge of air conditioning as there could be the very occasional split system.
This is a mobile position covering sites across the West Midlands, small area do Wales and some East Midlands.
- Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of commercial refrigeration
- Strong fault finding and repair experience
- Full UK driving licence
- F Gas certificate
- Based in the West Midlands
- Must have some basic knowledge of air conditioning would be an advantage
- Experience in the leisure industry is preferred
- Any experience on catering equipment would be a bonus but not essential
Package:
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- Pension
- Door to door travel at overtime rate
- 22 days holiday increasing yearly
- On call allowance
