We are seeking an experienced and motivated Legionella Risk Assessor to join our growing compliance team covering Kent and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out Legionella Risk Assessments across a variety of commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation and ACOP L8 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines
  • Produce clear, accurate and detailed assessment reports
  • Identify system deficiencies and provide practical remedial recommendations
  • Liaise professionally with clients and provide technical guidance where required
  • Maintain accurate records using electronic reporting systems
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
  • City & Guilds / WMSoc qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274 compliance standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Able to pass an enhanced DBS
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
