We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent mobile position covering Greater London and Central London. This position will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites across the region. These will include offices, hospitals, colleges as well as other commercial sites.
The right person for this position will already be an experienced commercial building services engineer, able to deal with all on site health and safety, compliance as well as mechanical and electrical maintenance. This engineer needs to hold a full UK driving licence and a mechanical or electrical qualification. Unfortunately, we cannot look at fabric technicians for this position.
Requirements:
- Strong background as a commercial building services engineer
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to travel into London
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification is preferred
Package:
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
