This is a static position based at a prestigious, high-profile building in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold water storage tank inspections and recommendations for remedial works
  • Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) fail-safe checks and servicing
  • Water sampling
  • Water temperature monitoring
  • Showerhead cleaning and descaling
  • Closed system sampling and analysis
  • Cooling tower sampling and analysis
  • Chlorine dioxide testing

About You:

  • Experience carrying out all or most of the tasks listed above
  • A positive, proactive "can-do" attitude
  • Strong reliability and attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
