We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Air Conditioning Installations. The position will be working for a very well established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Company that deal with high calibre commercial clients throughout Berkshire, Hampshire and London.

This Project Manager will be dealing with projects ranging from £5,000 to £500,000, installing air conditioning units that include splits, ahus and vrvs. This Project Manager is not running the project on site; however, they will be dealing with:

  • Adjusting design
  • Site surveys
  • Ordering and organising materials
  • All financial responsibilities
  • Management of sub contractors
  • Commissioning and snagging

The right person for this position will already have a strong background as a Project Manager or has worked as a senior installation engineer looking for the next step in their career. We do need this person to have a technical understanding of air conditioning.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Air Conditioning Installations
  • Experience running installation projects
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • SMSTS is preferred but can be organised
  • Based in a commutable location to Reading
  • Must have experience in dealing with the financial responsibility of a project
