Are you a highly skilled Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer ready to take the next step into a technical leadership role?

We're recruiting for an established commercial HVAC contractor with over 60 years of success, looking to appoint a Senior / Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to support its growing engineering team.

Working on prestigious high-end hotels, luxury residential developments and commercial projects across London and the M25, you'll combine your technical expertise with leadership, mentoring engineers and helping deliver projects to the highest standards.

The Role

  • Lead and support engineers on commercial air conditioning projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to engineers on site.
  • Lead by example on installations, commissioning and testing.
  • Carry out site surveys and walk-throughs to assess labour and project requirements.
  • Assist with engineer allocation and support the preparation of technical quotations.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in commercial air conditioning installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, multi-splits, testing and commissioning.
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

A confident, technically minded engineer who enjoys mentoring and supporting others.

  • F-Gas certification and a full UK driving licence.

  • Travel time paid after the first 30 minutes each way
  • 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 25 days with service

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with flexibility around site requirements
