About the Opportunity
My client is a growing and forward-thinking Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and project solutions across commercial and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled BMS Mobile Service Engineer to cover sites within and around the M25.
The Role
As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and commissioning BMS systems across a variety of client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintenance of BMS systems (primarily Trend controls)
- Fault finding, diagnostics and system optimisation
- Small works modifications and upgrades
- Providing technical support to clients on-site
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
- Producing service reports and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience working with BMS systems (Trend preferred)
- Strong fault-finding and commissioning skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Self-motivated and organised
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 - £48,000 basic salary
- Car allowance: £350 per month (vehicle provided by you during probation)
- Business mileage paid at 20p per mile
- On-site allowance: £10 per day
- Overnight: £25 per day
- Accommodation paid directly by the company
- 23 days holiday
