Key Responsibilities:
- Test vehicles and diagnose faults accurately
- Recognise and report vehicle or component defects and symptoms of impending failure
- Service, adjust, and repair vehicles and vehicle components
- Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
- Complete job cards and maintenance records accurately and efficiently
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Heavy / Commercial Vehicle Technician
- Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3, or equivalent (HGV licence preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work well under pressure
