Salary & Package: £30,000 – £38,000 DOE plus overtime, bonus, and standby payments

Are you an experienced Fire & Security Engineer looking for a company that values its engineers, offers strong earning potential, and supports long-term career development? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our growing team across Glasgow and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding, and repairing a range of fire and security systems across commercial sites.

The Role

  • Service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of:
  • Fire Alarms
  • CCTV Systems
  • Intruder Alarms
  • Access Control Systems
  • Ensure all works are completed to industry standards and customer expectations
  • Participate in a 1 in 12 call-out rota
  • Complete electronic job reports and documentation
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
  • What We're Looking For

    • Previous experience in the Fire & Security industry
    • Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems
    • Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
    • Full UK driving licence
    • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
    • FIA/Tavcom training is beneficial but not essential
