We are looking for an experienced Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position. This engineer will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance with commercial sites throughout the region.
The right person for this position will be electrically qualified, holding their level 3 qualification and 18th edition. They need to be multi-skilled and be able to deal with the electrical maintenance as well as the plant rooms, AHUs, etc.
This is a mobile position so we do need a full UK driving licence.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial electrical maintenance experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Level 3 in electrical maintenance and 18th Edition
- Able to deal with mechanical maintenance including plant rooms and AHUs
- Based in a commutable location to Luton
- Happy to travel across the region (no London work)
