I'm currently recruiting on behalf of an established, NSI Gold Approved Fire & Security business with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality service across commercial environments throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to their team covering the Canterbury area. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and growing company that genuinely values its engineers, invests in training, and offers long-term progression opportunities.

The Role

As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding and reactive repairs across a range of commercial client sites. You'll be working across a variety of systems including:

  • Fire Alarms
  • CCTV
  • Access Control
  • Intruder Alarms

The role will involve attending customer sites, diagnosing faults, ensuring systems remain fully operational and compliant, and delivering a high level of customer service at all times. This position would suit an engineer who enjoys working independently in the field and takes pride in providing a professional and reliable service.

  • Proven experience servicing Fire & Security systems
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance ability
  • Experience across CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms & Fire Alarms
  • Good technical understanding and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence
