We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position on a large static site in Cambridgeshire. This engineer will be working in a team of three skilled engineers covering all areas of this large static site. The site is occupied by multiple businesses mainly in an office capacity.
The right person for this position will already have a strong building services maintenance background. They need to have experience dealing with electrical and mechanical plant as well as putting their hand to other general maintenance. We do need this engineer to have a lot of experience dealing with fan coil, AHU and plant room maintenance.
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
- Based in a commutable location to the Fulbourn area of Cambridgeshire
- Holding a minimum of a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification
- Good team player
- Experienced in working on electrical and mechanical plant
- Willing to cover a small amount of out of hours if asked
Package
- Excellent basic salary
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- No on call
- 8am until 5pm on site
