We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for an exciting project in the South West. This person will be joining a very well established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company who are expanding into the South West. This is a very progressive position as the company are looking to open a new branch and the position will then grow into a Branch Manager position with a full new team around them. The right person for this position will be excited to take on this venture.
They will have a strong sales background with the ability to sell either building services or air conditioning service contracts. We need this person to already have leads into companies and will be able to hit the ground running with their approach. It would be a major advantage if this person has Air Conditioning or Refrigeration Technical knowledge, however this is not 100% essential.
Requirements
- Strong background in Service Sales
- Strong knowledge of either building services or air conditioning service contracts
- Based in a commutable distance to Bristol
- Excited to start a new adventure building a new branch
- Full UK driving licence
- Technical knowledge of air conditioning would be a bonus
- Looking for progression
- Must have a portfolio of clients to approach
Package
- Excellent starting salary
- Company car (hybrid or electric)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Progression to a branch manager
- Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months
- Company bonus (once the branch is created)
