About the Role
My client is seeking an experienced BMS Service & Small Works Manager to lead service operations across the Midlands. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing engineers, managing client relationships, and delivering small works projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing BMS service engineers across the Midlands
- Overseeing PPM contracts and reactive maintenance
- Pricing and delivering small works projects
- Client relationship management
- Resource planning and scheduling
- Ensuring profitability and service standards
- Supporting recruitment and team development
Requirements
- Strong background in BMS service delivery
- Experience managing engineers and service teams
- Commercial awareness and project costing experience
- Knowledge of Trend systems preferred
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Salary & Benefits
Salary & Package: £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
Car allowance: £350 per month (vehicle provided by you during probation)
Business mileage paid at 20p per mile
On-site allowance where applicable:
- Over 5 hours: £5 per day
- Over 10 hours: £10 per day
- Overnight: £25 per day
Accommodation paid directly by the company
Additional Benefits
- 23 days holiday
- Bank Holidays
