From sound and lighting to staging and video, we provide full technical solutions to a wide range of corporate clients and events. Based in West Yorkshire, we support venues, event agencies, and direct clients with top-tier equipment and service. The Role As a Warehouse Prep Technician, you’ll be part of our fast-paced operations team, ensuring technical equipment is maintained, prepped, and ready for action. Though based in our HQ, your work directly supports our on-site event delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prep, test, and maintain AV and event equipment Handle goods in/out, including booking and checking stock Safely load/unload and occasionally deliver/collect gear Carry out basic kit repairs and maintenance Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized About You We’re looking for someone with a passion for live events and a hands-on approach. Experience in AV or event production is a bonus, but not essential. Ideal Skills & Qualities: Interest or experience in AV (especially audio), lighting, or staging Practical mindset and attention to detail Proactive, reliable, and a team player Basic repair/maintenance skills Driving licence preferred Our Culture: We’re passionate about what we do, and we value teamwork, creativity, and a good sense of humour. We take our work seriously—but not ourselves. Working Hours: Core hours are 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday.
