My client is part of a larger company that are known within the industry for their work with pipeline equipment for steam, water and oil systems. They manufacture various equipment including valves, steam traps, actuators and heat exchange packages. Due to extensive growth, they are now looking for a Steam Trap Survey Engineer to join their engineering department. As a Steam Trap Survey Engineer, you will be conducting details onsite inspections of industrial steam systems, testing and analysing the performance of steam traps and providing advice on support or improvements needed. Steam Trap Survey Engineer £34,000 – £40,000 (DOE) UK Wide 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, bonus opportunities, vehicle, phone, laptop and pension scheme Key Responsibilities Perform onsite inspections of steam systems to check proper installation and identify potential problems. Conduct performance testing of steam traps using ultrasonic measuring equipment.
