Position: Maintenance Engineer Location: Solihull Duration: Permanent Salary: From £34,000 to £38,000 subject to experience level We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a full time, permanent position on a large static site in Solihull This person will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance across this large site alongside another engineer They will be dealing with ahu and fan coil maintenance, plant room maintenance, legionella testing, hot and cold water, basic electrical, basic plumbing etc This large commercial site will be manned Monday to Friday, however there is an on call rota in place (not busy) Requirements Strong commercial maintenance background Based in a commutable distance to Solihull Must have minimum of a level 2 building services qualification Able to complete mechanical and electrical maintenance Must be able to join the on call rota Package Good basic salary 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension No vehicle as it is a static site On call allowance Overtime available If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP SER-IN
