Company Profile: A specialist provider of high-quality water treatment solutions across the East of England. We supply, install, and maintain a wide range of water softeners and filtration systems for domestic, commercial, and industrial clients.

Purpose of the role: The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and installation of a wide range of water softening equipment, including Fleck, Clack, Harvey's, and Autotrol systems. This role involves visiting client sites, diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, and ensuring installations are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and install water softeners and filtration systems (domestic and commercial).
  • Diagnose and repair faults on a range of systems, including Fleck, Clack, Harvey's, and Autotrol.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers.
  • Complete job reports, service documentation, and communicate effectively with the office team.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Always represent the company professionally.

You Must Have or Hold:

  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
  • 2 years' experience servicing or installing water softeners
  • Full UK Licence

Desirable:

  • Experience with RO (reverse osmosis) and filtration systems.
  • Water hygiene or Legionella awareness training (advantageous).
