Site Supervisor / Foreman – Civil Engineering | £300M Infrastructure Project Trafford Park, Manchester Permanent | £48,000 – £56,000 + Vehicle & Package (DOE) About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / General Foreman to join the delivery team on a major £300 million civil engineering project near Trafford Park, Manchester. Spanning 3 years, the scheme involves complex groundworks, drainage, utilities, and reinforced concrete structures. As a key site-based leader, you’ll be responsible for supervising operatives and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, to spec, and on programme. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities across civils packages Coordinate gangs, plant, and subcontractors on the ground Enforce health & safety (RAMS, toolbox talks, PPE compliance) Monitor progress and quality in line with design and programme Liaise with engineers and site managers to relay updates and resolve issues Maintain site records, diaries, and reporting systems Promote a positive safety-first culture across the workforce Requirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman on civils/infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of groundwork, drainage, utilities, and RC works SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Supervisor), and First Aid Ability to lead by example and coordinate teams on complex worksites Good communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer £48,000 – £56,000 per annum (DOE) Company vehicle or travel allowance Pension & private healthcare Long-term, stable position on a major infrastructure project Training and development pathways into management Apply Now Ready to step into a high-impact leadership role on a multi-million-pound infrastructure project?
