Service Manager – Sprinklers and Fire Sidcup (Site based) £45,000 – £55,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Pension + Health Insurance (Opt in) + Mobile Phone + Ipad + 25 days holiday and bank holidays. My client, a well-established fire and security company, are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee and manage service contracts valued at up to £2 million, lead and support a team of engineers, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction from our newly established offices. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining seamless communication with the service coordinator, and nurturing relationships with key accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee service contracts, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and company standards. Lead, supervise, and support a team of service engineers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. Liaise effectively with the service coordinator to optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and project timelines. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to minimize service disruptions and maintain operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and solutions. Monitor service performance, ensuring adherence to budgetary and contractual obligations. Prepare and present performance reports, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
