The Role: As a field-based Security Service Engineer, you'll cover Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites. You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a wide range of electronic security systems, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and system reliability. You'll play a key role in maintaining long-term customer relationships by delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused service.
Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain and repair a range of electronic security systems.
- Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Respond to reactive service calls in line with customer requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit.
- Complete all service reports and documentation accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed to current industry standards and company procedures.
About You: We're looking for an engineer who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys building strong relationships with customers. Ideally, you'll have:
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining electronic security systems.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
