The Company: This is a standout opportunity to join one of the most talked-about disruptors in the UK machine tool market. The business was founded just before MACH last year by three top-performing sales managers, who came together with a shared vision: to offer high-performance, affordable CNC machinery with a fresh, customer-first approach. In just over a year, they have made a major impact, delivering an impressive volume of repeat business, building a loyal customer base, and exceeding all early sales expectations. The combination of competitive pricing, robust machine capabilities (with AOVs ranging from £35K to £250K), and a well-established service network of trusted subcontractors has earned them strong approval from customers across the UK. Following this success, they are now seeking to expand their team with a Technical Sales Engineer to take ownership of the Midlands territory.

The Role: This is a hands-on, autonomous sales role suited to someone with a strong CNC machining or tooling background, who enjoys consultative selling and is passionate about helping customers find the right solution.
