  • Proactively manage design change control and identify project risks, devising contingency plans.
  • Attend and contribute to HAZID/HAZCON and Design Assurance & Review meetings.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Design, Construction, and Project Management teams, as well as P6 Planners.
  • Mentor and develop new and existing engineers within the team.
  • Ensure all company management systems and processes are adhered to.

  • Proficient in Amtech (or ElectricalOM) and AutoCAD.
  • Experience designing Low Voltage (LV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) AC systems, AC UPS, and DC systems.
  • Experience designing security systems such as Door Access, CCTV, and Power Fence.
  • Ability to create 2D drawings (General Arrangement/Site Layouts) and ideally 3D BIM/Revit models.
  • Demonstrable ability to produce detailed technical schedules (Cable, Load, Material, Equipment).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence with a willingness to travel to sites across the UK mainland.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (2382) & Level 4 Design and Verification (2396).
