My client is looking for a Regional Controller to join their team to manage the day-to-day operation activities across a specific region.
This includes coordinating engineers, responding to clients needs and ensuring service levels are kept high.

Location: Birtley 30,000 - 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Over time, On Call, Bonus, van, health care and pension.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Schedule and dispatch mobile hydraulic engineers.
Montior engineers workloads, locations and job progress.
Manage incoming customer enquiries and emergency breakdown issues.
Coordinate PPM work alongside emergency calls.
Build long last relationships with clients and other departments.
Maintain accurate service records, reports and customer documentation.
Ensure jobs are complete and closer on internal systems.
Provide customer updates, response times and job status.
