We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join a national company based slightly North of Cambridge. This company deals with commercial maintenance on a national basis. This Recruitment Resourcer will be managing the company's recruitment requirements across the country. These requirements will include management, engineers, accounts and administrative people.
The right person for this position will already have experience dealing with the full recruitment process from writing job specifications, advertising positions, resourcing via job boards and other online sites, fully interviewing candidates, checking certificates and legal working requirements. They need to be able to work very closely with senior management and keep to KPIs. They also need to be able to follow trends in the market and relay this information back to the directors. Additionally, they need to manage managers' expectations in relation to time scales and packages.
This is an office-based role to start, but can become part hybrid.
Requirements:- Strong background in Resourcing
- Experience in dealing with high volume and technical recruitment requirements
- Based in the Cambridgeshire area
- Willing to start this position in the office
- Experience in recruiting for Engineers would be a major advantage
- Good understanding of recruitment policies
- Excellent IT and Communication skills
