£28,000 - £35,000 basic. Uncapped commission realistic OTE £50,000+. Hybrid between WFH and office (after probation), 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, employee discount, pension, bonus and commission.
We are a growing firm of Technical Recruiters based and have been established for over 17 years. Due to planned growth, we have opened a 2nd office up in the Lowry Mill in Swinton and we are looking for experienced, proactive, hungry recruiters to join the team. We specialise in sourcing hard to find, high demand individuals, the very best in the market. All our recruitment is on a permanent basis and therefore our recruiters tend to operate at mid to senior level, and for Clients across the UK and into Europe.
We are either looking for someone who has Recruitment experience OR no recruitment experience as full training on recruitment is given, however what we do look for is a proven sales background in B2B and B2C.
The role you will be expected to:
- Manage, develop and grow a recruitment desk (permanent focused)
- Build long-term working relationships
- Grow a healthy candidate pipeline within your sector
- Achieve KPIs
