As part of our next phase of growth, we’ve launched a second office at Lowry Mill in Swinton and we’re on the lookout for experienced, driven, commercially sharp recruiters who want to be part of something expanding. If you’re proactive, ambitious, and ready to make a real impact rather than just fill a seat, we should talk.
We specialise in sourcing “hard to find, high demand” individuals, the very best in the market. All our recruitment is on a permanent basis and therefore our recruiters tend to operate at mid to senior level, and for Clients across the UK and into Europe.
We are either looking for someone who has Recruitment experience OR No recruitment experience as full training on recruitment is given, however what we do look for is a proven sales background in B2B and B2C.
Responsibilities- Manage, develop and grow a recruitment desk (permanent focused)
- Build long-term working relationships
- Grow a healthy candidate pipeline within your sector
- Achieve KPIs
