Job Overview:
My client is seeking a highly skilled QS qualified Electrician with NICEIC registration to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple sites in Essex, Suffolk, and London. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out electrical testing and inspection in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical installations and maintenance in line with NICEIC standards.
- Perform testing and inspection tasks, holding valid 2391 certification.
- Manage and coordinate site work across various locations in Essex, Suffolk, and London.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure electrical works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Prepare and submit quotes and detailed job specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and site activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) knowledge to support integrated site operations (desirable).
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- QS qualification relevant to electrical work.
- NICEIC registered electrician.
- Valid 2391 Test & Inspect certification.
- Proven experience working on electrical sites across Essex, Suffolk, and London.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance standards.
Desirable:
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
