Project Manager £38,000 to £60,000 (DOE) + 28 days holiday, healthcare, mileage Manchester Primary Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee events from initial enquiry through to delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution while upholding our reputation for technical innovation and creative excellence within the live events sector. Key Responsibilities Collaborate within the projects team, working closely with clients throughout every stage of the project Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and growth Lead and participate in client meetings and site visits Capture detailed client briefs and recommend effective technical event solutions Contribute creative ideas and produce event designs, including CAD drawings Prepare proposals, quotations, budgets, and specify suitable equipment Keep booking systems updated with project progress and deadlines Organise crew, equipment, and resources, including producing crew briefs Coordinate with venues, performers, and third-party suppliers Produce and oversee health & safety documentation and compliance procedures Manage on-site delivery at venues across the UK and occasionally overseas Support with rigging, de-rigging, and operating equipment (desirable, not essential) Promote the company’s services to both new and existing clients Identify and develop new business opportunities Assist colleagues across departments where needed to achieve company objectives Travel to meetings, site visits, and live events as required Role requirements: At least 5 years’ professional experience within the live events industry Strong technical production knowledge with the ability to explain solutions clearly and concisely Creative mindset with enthusiasm for designing standout client experiences Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn Confident and professional communication style that inspires trust with clients Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and multitask Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to teamwork Commercial awareness combined with a customer-first attitude Full UK driving licence and own vehicle To apply: Send through your CV or call Karley at (phone number removed) SER-IN
