Project Manager £38,000 to £50,000 (DOE) + 31 days holiday (inc bank), overtime, laptop Keighley About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in the delivery of live, hybrid, and virtual events. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of a variety of events, from concept through to delivery, ensuring exceptional results for clients. You will collaborate closely with creative, technical, logistics, and warehouse teams, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and venues. Key Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of events across the UK, with opportunities for international work. Attend client meetings, site visits, and production meetings. Develop creative solutions tailored to event requirements. Prepare accurate quotations, schedules, and manage budgets effectively. Produce CADs and work with the media team to create visuals. Assist in creating pitch documents and proposals. Coordinate crew, equipment, and logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site. Manage health & safety compliance and company policies. Provide pre-event support to clients and ensure seamless event execution. Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and ideas. Contribute to account management and business development. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in the live events industry with strong technical knowledge of audio-visual, sound, lighting, rigging, staging, and related equipment. A track record of managing complex event projects. Strong client-facing skills and excellent presentation abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented approach.
