An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Engineer to join a busy Projects team on an initial 18-month fixed-term contract supporting the delivery of a major engineering project based in Teesside. This is a fully site-based role, responsible for supporting the successful delivery of project activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, and associated disciplines.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual, technical, commercial, and quality requirements. The role will initially focus on a single major project located in Teesside. Working hours may vary to support project delivery requirements, and occasional travel to supplier premises may be required for activities such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs).
