A design-led organisation is seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator to support the purchasing and supply of products within a fast-paced, growing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, analysing data, and building strong supplier relationships.
The Role
Reporting to the Procurement Team Leader, the Procurement Coordinator will manage purchasing activity across a core supplier base, ensuring products are available to meet customer delivery expectations while maximising stock efficiency through just-in-time practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier communication around pricing, lead times and performance
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with demand and delivery requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement and stock data within internal systems (ERP-based)
- Support demand forecasting, stock planning and KPI reporting
- Work cross-functionally with Customer, Finance, Technical and Warehouse teams
- Assist with supplier performance reviews, returns analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing coordination
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data, systems and reporting
- A collaborative team player with a curious, improvement-focused mindset
